Study on the influence of atorvastatin on circulating levels of VEGF and SDF-1 in patients with acute ischemia stroke

目的 探讨阿托伐他汀对急性缺血性脑卒中患者外周血血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)水平的影响.方法 选取2016年9月至2016年12月就诊的新发急性缺血性脑卒中患者50例,随机分为对照组(n=24)和他汀组(n=26),对照组给予常规治疗,他汀组在常规治疗的基础上加用阿托伐他汀,比较两组患者入院第1天、7天、14天外周血VEGF及SDF-1水平.结果 两组入院第1天外周血VEGF及SDF-1水平无显著差异(P>0.05).两组患者均在发病第7天外周血VEGF及及SDF-1水平达最高,而他汀组第7天、14天外周血VEGF及SDF-1水平均高于同期对照组(VEGF:7天,t=9.540,P=0.038;14天,t=4.872,P=0.041;SDF-1:7天,t=8.432,P=0.021;14天,t=7.539,P=0.018).结论 阿托伐他汀可以增加急性缺血性脑卒中患者早期外周血VEGF及SDF-1的表达,有利于脑组织的修复.Objective To explore the influence of atorvastatin on circulating levels of VEGF and SDF-1 in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 50 patients admitted within 48h after the onset of ischemic stroke during Sep,2016 to Dec,2016 were enrolled.26 patients were assigned to receive 20 mg atorvastatin and others were not.Circulating levels of VEGF and SDF-1 were determined in 1st,7th and 14th days for each individual.Results There was no significant difference between atovastatin treated patients and without receiving atovastatin treatment patients in circulating levels of VEGF and SDF-1.Circulating levels of VEGF and SDF-1 reached peak value at 7th day in patients of these two groups.Atovastatin treated patients were associated with higher levels of circulating VEGF and SDF-1 than those without receiving atovastatin treatment patients at 7 th and 14 th days (VEGF: D7, t=9.540, P=0.038;D14, t=4.872, P=0.041;SDF-1: D7, t=8.432, P=0.021, D14, t=7.539, P=0.018).Conclusion The application of atovastatin initiated in patients with acute phase of ischemic stroke is helpful for up-regulation of circulating levels of VEGF and SDF-1, thus it can enhance the post-ischemic vascular and nerve repairment.171710-17131
