The temperature dependence of the resistivity tensor of single crystal Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+d has been measured from 80K to 290K. The a-b plane anisotropy ??a/??b is about 2 at near Tc, the perpendicular component ??c is 103 times greater than ??a or ??b at near Tc, showing a highly two-dimensional character of the electron structure in BiSrCaCuO. The curing temperature has strong effect on the temperature dependence of ??c. It seems that the intrinsic temperature behavior of both ??c and ??a or ??b is metallic. Large resistance drop at around 110K has been observed indicating the possibility of making (2223) single crystal in BiSrCaCuO. Data of the Hall effect is also given.EIpt21649-1650162-6
