本文基于1995—2007年177个经济体的平衡面板数据以及全球石油价格和石油储量,通过构造GDP的工具变量,研究了医疗支出的收入弹性。结果表明,全球样本医疗支出的收入弹性在0.610~0.929,而对于经济合作与发展组织(OECD)经济体,收入弹性在0.808~1.248,非OECD经济体收入弹性在0.582~0.885。Based on a balanced panel data for 177 economies from 1995 to 2007,and using the global oil price and oil reserve of each economy as an IV for their real GDP,this paper estimated the income elasticity of health expending for each of them.It is found that for the global sample,the elasticity tends to be in the range of 0.610 to 0.929,and for the OECD sample,the elasticity tends to be around from 0.808 to 1.248.while for non-OECD economies,it tends to be around from 0.582 to 0.885.中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC)中国社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)1082-903
