This paper proposes an automatic verification platform for an audio algorithm in media System on Chip (SoC) named HA01. For media SoC, the complexity of internal reconfigurable audio algorithm and configuration process of algorithm leads to large amounts of test audio patterns. We recognize that the functional verification and FPGA prototype verification can share modules and thus achieve automatic verification based on corporation between software and hardware. Under the methodology, we developed an automatic verification platform. By applying this platform on the verification of HA01, the time cost of verification reduced more than 50%. HA01 is fabricated under 0.13m by SMIC, total chip area is 9.92 mm2, and the max power is 43.5mW when...
