枸橘(Ponarus trifoliata)是一类含植物气味成分较高的植物.从枸橘中分离气味物质合成的关键基因—脂氢过氧化物裂解酶(hydroperoxide lyase,HPL)基因,并构建35S启动子驱动下的表达载体,通过农杆菌介导的方法将其导入生菜中,经PCR和Southern杂交检测.结果显示:有数十个阳性植株,且经RT-PCR和Northern杂交鉴定HPL基因可在生菜中正常转录.省重点项目; 省现代农业蔬菜产业技术体系岗位专家中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC)中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)5856-8613
