Cutaneous horns of the penis:6 cases report and literatures review

目的：探讨阴茎皮角的临床特点，提高对该病的诊断和治疗水平。方法：回顾性分析6例阴茎皮角患者临床资料，并复习相关国内外文献。结果：6例患者均通过术后病理证实为阴茎皮角，术后随访5个月～120个月，均未见恶变、复发及转移。结论：阴茎皮角是发生阴茎边界清楚的过度角化的圆锥形病损。手术治疗是治疗该病的安全有效手段。阴茎皮角虽然是良性病变，但1／3的患者具有潜在恶性，术后需要密切随访。Objectives:To explore the features of penile cutaneous horn and improve the diagnosis and treatment of disease.Methods:Six cases were retrospectively analyzed and relevant literatures were reviewed. Results:The postoperative pathology confirmed penile cutaneous horns.The patients were followed up for 5 -1 20 months.There was no sign of recurrence or metastasis after surgery.Conclusions:Penile cutaneous horn is a well-defined cone -shaped lesion with hyperkeratotic features.Surgical excision is an effective treatment method. However,one third of cases may have underlying malignancy,and patients should be closely followed up.中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC)1228-2
