Incidence and its influencing factors of work-related disease among nurses in one level class A hospital of Beijing

目的：调查北京某三甲综合医院护士工作相关疾病现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样法对1126名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果20种工作相关疾病总患病率为16.83%，患病率最高的为月经失调，为48.3%。平均每位护士患工作相关疾病(3.36±2.27)种，与工作年限和是否每周上夜班有关(P<0.05)。结论护士工作相关疾病现状不容乐观，建议护理管理者进行有效的组织环境管理，预防工作相关疾病，促进护士身体健康。Objective To describe the incidence of work-related disease among nurses in one level class A hospital in Beijing and explore the influencing factors. Methods A total of 1 126 nurses were recruited by cluster sampling, and investigated by questionnaire. Results Among the 1 126 nurses recruited, the total incidence of work-related disease was 16. 83% in the 20 kinds of work-related disease, and the incidence of menstrual disorders were highest, accounting for 48. 3%. The average number of work-related disease was (3. 36 ± 2. 27) per nurse and its differences were significant in different working years, and nurses with night shift and non-night shift each week(P < 0. 05). Conclusions The status of work-related disease is not optimistic among nurses.
