Left adult Wilms' tumor complicated with inferior vena cava tumor thrombus:1 case report and literature review

本研究回顾分析了1例24岁男性左侧成人肾母细胞瘤合并下腔静脉癌栓患者的临床和病理资料。本例为中国首例，全世界第3例；先行超选择性肿瘤供血动脉、左肾动脉栓塞术，再行左肾根治切除术。通过回顾分析相关文献，建议早期诊断、早期及规范化治疗以提高AWT疗效。We reviewed and analyzed the clinical and pathological data of a 24-year-old male left adult Wilms' tumor complicated with inferior vena cava tumor thrombus.As the first case in China,which was the third reported in the world,the patient underwent superselective arterial embolization of the carcinoma and the left kidney,radical nephrectomy in sequence.Reviewing and analyzing correlated literature,it suggested that early diagnosis and standardized treatments could improve therapeutical effects.国家自然科学基金(81473496)；福建省卫生系统中青年骨干人才培养项目(2014-ZQN-ZD-28)；福建中医药大学校管课题(XB2012007)。18213-21
