The progress of hepatitis C virus nonstructural protein NS5A trans-regulated protein 9 (NS5ATP9)

HCV NS5A反式调节蛋白9（NS5ATP9），是一种增殖细胞核抗原结合因子，在生物体内参与多种功能，如细胞增殖、分化、凋亡及DNA复制、损伤修复和信号转导等，在肿瘤的发生发展中也起着一定作用。本文将对NS5ATP9的前期研究进行总结，以利于后期对其作用机制和其他功能进行深入探究。Hepatitis C virus nonstructural protein NS5A trans-regulated protein 9 (NS5ATP9) is a proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)-binding protein, which plays a functional role in many aspects of the organisms, such as cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis;DNA duplication and repair, signal transmission and so on. It also takes part in the tumorigenesis and develepment.
