Paraneoplastic Eosinophilia in Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

To the Editor: Eosinophilia commonly occurs secondary to parasitic infections, allergy, collagen-vascular disease, hypersensitivity conditions, or underlying hematologic or solid malignancies. However, eosinophilia associated with clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC) is rare.
