Geostatistics is a mathematical method developed in late tens of years to deal with spatial data, with its application continuously perfect in the field of geo-science. In recent years, it has been used for reference and pioneered a new field in the study of environmental science. It is to expound in this paper the application of the theory and method of regionalized variables and Kriging to analyze water quality parameters of lake and the spatial optimal estimation on the water quality parameters of lake is also approached.EI02177-1792
