Deposition of Ca/P bio-ceramic coatings by biomimetic solution methods have become an important research orientation in the field of surface modification of biomaterials in recent years. This paper summarizes the research development of TiO2 preparation method for Ca-P coatings and its formation mechanism as well as the formation of Ca-P/protein coatings. The optimal method for improving the surface bioactivity of titanium alloys has been proposed and the application of biomimetic solution method has been expected.EI05732-7361
