Significance and approaches of constructing waste reutilization industry

Waste, including industrial waste and municipal waste most of which has not been reutilized, not only pollutes the environment but also hinders the material cycle of the nature. From the three production theory which is the theory of sustainable development science, the waste recycle for reuse plays a key role in sustainable development of human society. The authors urge that the waste reutilization industry should be a new and indispensable industry in the social-economic system, and also put forward some suggestions on how to construct this new industry.EI04338-3411
