Multi drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) is an important source of infection, and it has been a big obstacle to the TB control process. The Chinese Ministry of science and technology conducted standardized treatment management on the patients in in five Chinese cities. However, a substantial proportion of patients' failure to carry out the treatment because of death, floating population, poor compliance, high cost of treatment, lost contact and other reasons.
