This formulates a solution to integrate broadcast technologies under a localized mobility management protocol. It mainly deals with the technologies' mobility constraints and evaluates how it responds to the proposed requirements. The presented architecture is considered to be of special interest for deployment over proxy driven scenarios such as university campus and, in a near future, even cities or countries. The aim of this work is to deliver multimedia contents using any available uplink channel and DVB (digitial video broadcasting) as the primary downlink technology for high mobility scenarios and further validate the model via an experimental implementation. Finally we address a specific usage case where spontaneous and chaotic netwo...
