Churg-Strauss syndrome (CSS) is a rare systemic vasculitis

Churg-Strauss syndrome (CSS) is a rare systemic vasculitis.We report a case in a patient with subacute multiplex mononeuropathy, and Duodinal papilla adenoma (adenomatous hyperplasia of pancreatic ductal with eosinophil infiltration) which mimic malignant tumor of pancreas and neuropathy of paraneoplastic syndrome.It suggested Churg Strauss syndrome by neural biopsy and specimen of Whipple operation.The course was favorable under corticosteroid therapy.
