The pricing discussion of carbon emissions trading for China

This paper discusses the the pricing of carbon emissions trading on the primary and secondary markets respectively under total emissions control. Through the analysis, for the construction of China's cabon emissions trading market, the author proposes five political recommendations such as focusing on the primary market and developing pilot of industry and region actively, establishing carbon emissions trading market undertotal emissions control as soon as possible, leading options methods into carbon emissions trading, establishing a joint trading market with European Union and the United States and taking the right of determining price using the opportunity of market construction. ? 2011 IEEE.EI
