Effect of Sintering temperature on the mechanical properties of four commerical Y-TZP powders have been investigated. The influence mechanism have been analyed. The results indicated the hardness decreased as the sintering temperature inereasing in the range of 1450~1550??C. The fracture toughness is affected by the phase composition and characteristics of raw powders. The type of commercial powders can be determined according to the requirement of hardness and fracture toughness.EI0SUPPL. 1375-3783
