Outer space, earth, man, and computer information integrate network system

This paper is according to development regularity of social productive forces to research outer space; earth, man, and computer information integrate network system in China, in 2005 to 2020. The first of all, discusses about development regularity of social productive (DRSPF). Then, probe into outer space, earth, man, and computer information integrate network system (OSEMCIINS), which including outer space satellites internet, earth internet, and between earth and space internet three parts. In the earth internet, there are science / technique, and management / make policy, the former is belong to natural science and the latter is belong to social science.
