To investigate the expression of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress proteins in photoreceptor apoptosis in rd mouse (Pde6bRd1/Rd1).Photoreceptor apoptosis in rd mouse was detected by terminal dUTP transferase nick end labeling (TUNEL).
