To investigate function and related impact factors after operation of femoral neck fracture for patients aged less than sixty years.In our study,93 patients aged less than sixty years with femoral neck fractures receiving operation from April 2001 to August 2009 and having complete follow-up data were evaluated in terms of age, sex, co-diseases, side of bone fracture, type of bone fracture (Garden classification), time between injury and operation, operation procedures, operation time, time in bed, removal internal fixation and function score during follow-up period.
