To study clinical-related characteristics of sociology of postoperative distal radius fracture patients.A multi-center retrospective research was conducted on the information of the case evaluation and follow-up, including the patients' gender, age, habits, history of chronic diseases, conditions of fracture, length of hospital stay and treatments. The epidemiology data were analyzed with SPSS15.0.Of the entire 143 patients, 52 were male (average age: 41), and 91 were female (average age: 61). The different gender and age groups had significant distinction in the characteristics of injury.
