0bjective:To assess the indications, effecacy and safety of implication of interspinous implants for degenerative lumbar diseases.Method: From September 2007 to September 2008, 68 cases with degenerative lumbar diseases were treated with interspinous implants. The clinical results were assessed by VAS of pain on lumbar and lower limbers, lumbar J0A score and Prolo functional score; the radiological results including implant positon, segmental lodosis and segement movement degree were assessed by lumbar X ray including dynamic X ray post-operation compared with pre-operation.
