Raman scattering experiments were performed in a temperature range from 13K to 300K for the diluted magnetic semiconductor ZnTe/Zn1-xMnxTe superlattice, and multi-phonon spectra were observed. It was found that under the near-resonant condition, the intensities of Raman lines are increased, their FWHM are narrowed significantly, and more Raman lines are observed. The frequency shifts induced by the strain effect were calculated and compared with the experimental results with satisfactory agreement, besides, the interface mode (IF) was observed and assigned.EI02102-1061
