A novel scheme of laser beacon, which employed the Faraday anomaly dispersion optical filter (FADOF) as frequency selecting device, was presented. By applying electronic and optical feedback to control beacon system, the stability, reliability and ability of overcoming interference of laser beacon could be enhanced. The frequency stability o the laser beacon is better than 5??10MIN9, and the LD frequency of the system could be stabilized at any peak of FADOF within 30ms.EI0101362-13671
