A new type of differential reflectance spectroscopy technique that relies on the spatial modulation by rotation was reported. The experimental results in GaAs/AlGaAs and strained InGaAs/GaAs multiple quantum wells by this technique at room temperature were presented and compared with the experimental results of photo-reflectance spectra and the theoretical values. It is shown that both spectra of differential reflectance and photo-reflectance are coincident and in good agreement with the theoretically predicted values. It is concluded that differential reflectance is an effective method at room temperature for the studies of film, semiconductor superlattice and quantum well.SCI(E)EI中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)03201-2051
