The basic physical principles of PAC are described with examples listing its use in studying stoichiometry, coordination geometry, metal binding sites, and ultramolecular motion of biomolecules. Merits, disadvantages, and prospects of development of PAC in biology are presented.Chemistry, MultidisciplinarySCI(E)1ARTICLE91298-13016
