It is found that the MnBiRe (Ce, Pr and Nd) films have large Kerr rotation angle theta(k) and figure of merits higher than that of amorphous rare earth and transition metal films. The structure and magnetic properties are discussed.Engineering, Electrical & ElectronicPhysics, AppliedSCI(E)
