We calculate the inclusive decay rates of rib into charmonium via double c (c) over bar pairs for S- and P-wave states eta c, J/Psi and XcJ within the framework of non-relativistic QCD (NRQCD) factorization at leading order in a. Besides calculating the contributions of the color-singlet channels eta(b)-> c (c) over bar (-)[S-2S+1(L)(1)]+c (c) over bar the effects of c (c) over bar pair) in the color-octet configurations are also considered. We find that eta b -> c (c) over bar (-)[S-3(1)(8)]+c (c) over bar make a small contribution to Br(eta b -> J/Psi(eta(c))+c (c) over bar). While in the eta(b)-> xcJ+c (c) over bar case, the color octet contributions are significant, for they are of the same alpha(4)(s)upsilon(5)(c) order as ...
