The deployment of grid services should make the services, including those to be deployed and those already deployed, operate with desired functionalities and qualities. The critical challenge in the deployment is that many technical and non-technical factors have to be taken into account, such as performance, reliability, utilization, operating cost, incomes, and so on. Since the factors change continuously, some deployed services may have to be re-deployed for guaranteeing their functionalities and qualities.
