A Multilayered Configuration Broadband Polarization Insensitive Reflector Utilizing a Multi-Subpart Profile Grating Structure

A multilayered configuration broad bandwidth polarization insensitive reflector realized by a multi-subpart profile grating structure is presented. The properties of the reflector are investigated by rigorous coupled-wave analysis.
