本文简述了表面等离子体共振(Surface Plasmon Resonance,简称SPR)原理、激发表面等离子体共振的条件和共振发生时反射光的光强变化,对角度扫描法和波长扫描法进行了分析.接着,基于角度扫描的光强检测,以半导体激光器为光源,建立了生物分子相互作用检测实验装置,并在模拟分析的基础上以蓖麻毒素与其单克隆抗体为样本进行了实验.实验表明,实验系统结构简单,可以实时监测生物分子间的相互作用过程,对样本无需进行标记,操作简便.中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)0Z1139-1422
