本文分析了国内外城市生活垃圾现状、处理处置技术的走向和所面临的问题,提出中国城市垃圾应开展整合管理,推广3R原则;认为堆肥化处理技术不宜在我国盲目发展,我国城市生活垃圾处理的新增方法为焚烧法,由此必须重视所带来的二恶英污染问题,所以,土地填埋应作为城市垃圾处置的主要方式.02113-1191
