目的是探讨3-D DCE MRA诊断主动脉疾病的价值和限度,并与磁共振成像(SE/GRE)作对照. 1材料和方法 49例怀疑主动脉疾病,男37例,女12例,行SE/GRE检查共52/9人次和3 D DCE MRA检查共52人次.分析比较SE/GRE和3-D DCE MRA的主动脉造影资料,以IADSA/手术证实的22例为重点,计算敏感性、特异性和准确性,并经卡方统计学检验.0z4330-3302
