Do-over Democratic primaries in 2008 election focused our attention on thinking about re-vote cost and reputation of e-voting system. On the other side, fraud behaviors discourage public confidence in such system. In this paper, we propose a novel mechanism in e-voting system to help voting management center make decision whether they should take action in re-vote. Trust and risk are brought in to assist the process of such decision-making. The concept of trust in our paper is defined as a measurable belief of voters for their request of re-vote.
