目的证实肿瘤坏死因子受体(TNF-R2)在人精子有表达,为TNF-α对精子的直接作用提供实验证据.方法用Western印迹法检测TNF-R2在15例生育者精子的表达.结果 15例生育者的精子均有TNF-R2表达.结论 TNF-R2在人精子有表达,该受体可能参与了TNF-α在人精子的信号转导及对精子功能的调控.中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)03179-1802
