目的建立反相高效液相色谱(HPLC)荧光检测测定人全血中丙泊酚浓度的方法.方法用环己烷提取全血中的丙泊酚,以百里酚为内标定量,用HPLC-荧光检测器测定丙泊酚含量.结果本法测定的线性范围为5~3000ng/ml,该方法回收率高,重现性好.结论本方法灵敏,选择性强,快速、准确地测出全血中微量丙泊酚的含量,适于研究需要.中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)012666-6681
