This brief studies the controllability of linear descriptor systems with multiple time delays in control. Several controllability concepts are investigated. First, necessary and sufficient criteria for the controllability of the canonical system are established. Then, equivalent criteria for that of the general system are given. Finally, it is pointed out that the controllability is independent of the size of the time delays.Engineering, Electrical & ElectronicSCI(E)EI0ARTICLE3455-4605
