1例52岁男性患者,因外伤给予单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂40 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL,1次/d静脉滴注;天麻素注射液200 mg,2次/d肌内注射,共治疗14 d.用药8 d后患者突然出现四肢酸痛,伴肢体无力.10 d后四肢无力加重,无法直立,伴有多汗.查体示四肢肌力、肌张力降低,腱反射未引出.脑脊液检查显示蛋白-细胞分离.给予营养周围神经、脱水、改善脑细胞代谢治疗,并未再使用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂和天麻素注射液.15 d后病情好转.中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC)03208-2091
