目的探讨己烯雌酚对BALB/c小鼠胸腺内雌激素受体水平的影响.方法新生小鼠分为实验组与对照组,连续5天皮下注射己烯雌酚,7周后取其胸腺进行雌激素受体免疫组织化学反应及图像分析.结果己烯雌酚可以提高实验组小鼠胸腺内雌激素受体水平,2组间有显著性差异.结论雌激素对胸腺的作用主要是通过雌激素受体来进行,新生期接触雌激素对胸腺内雌激素受体水平的影响会持续到成年期.面向21世纪教育振兴行动计划(985计划)05377-3792
