目的:了解男性非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)患者前尿道菌群分布情况.方法:65例NGU患者及55名正常对照组分别进行前尿道普通细菌培养.结果:两组人群分离的细菌种类基本相同,总培养阳性率无统计学差异(P>0.05);除金黄色葡萄球菌分离率NGU组高于对照组(P<0.05)外,其它各优势菌的分离率在两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:金黄色葡萄球菌可能参与了NGU的发生与发展,而其它各菌可能为正常栖生菌.03224-2251
