目的:研究能够有效地清除牙龈沟附近及邻间隙区菌斑的方法.方法:对40名志愿者采用随机、单盲、自身前后交叉的对照试验.结果:改良Bass刷牙法对于整个口腔,尤其是中央龈缘区的菌斑清除效果明显优于竖刷法(P <0.05).结论:改良Bass刷牙法是较有效地清除菌斑的方法.今后应向人们宣传、指导这一方法的实施.中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)05542-5443
