建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时测定铅浓度及同位素比值的方法,并应用于染毒大鼠血、毛发及组织脏器测定,以考察大鼠体内铅浓度及同位素比值分布情况及染毒剂量对其的影响.标准物质牛全血铅浓度测定结果为(278±4) μg/L,在证书标准值(283±18)μg/L范围内;测定10 μg/L Pb标准溶液的RSD<0.7%,铅同位素比值204 Pb/206 Pb,207 Pb/206 Pb和208 Pb/206 Pb的RSD分别小于0.3%,0.15%和0.15%;当铅测定浓度大于8 μg/l时,Pb同位素比值测定精密度受浓度影响较小;以铅各同位素的分浓度加和计算总铅浓度,比用208 Pb估算总铅浓度更为准确合理.样品测定结果显示:大鼠各组织脏器对铅具有选择性蓄积,铅浓度从大到小依次为股骨>肾>毛>肝>全血,各组织脏器中铅同位素指纹亦有不同.血铅相对于毛发铅更适于作为反映体内铅蓄积程度的生物标志物.A method was developed to simultaneously determine lead concentration and lead isotopic ratios in blood, hair, and other organs of lead exposed rats by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).
