目的:研究可口可乐碳酸饮料对离体牙釉质显微硬度的即刻影响。方法收集正畸减数前磨牙20颗,制备釉质样本20颗,随机分为碳酸饮料组和去离子水组,每组10颗牙。碳酸饮料组用可口可乐碳酸饮料浸泡离体牙;去离子水组用去离子水浸泡离体牙,分别在0、1、2、3、4、5、10、20、30min时间点测量牙釉质显微硬度。计算各时间点的显微硬度下降百分比,采用配对t检验进行统计分析。结果碳酸饮料浸泡5min,离体牙釉质显微硬度下降40.09%,与去离子水组相比差异有统计学意义( P<0.01)。结论碳酸饮料可对离体牙釉质产生显著的即刻酸蚀作用。Objective To investigate the immediate erosive effect of Coca-Cola carbonated drink on dental enamel in vitro.
