[目的]探讨铁路工频电磁场对作业工人健康的影响.[方法]对某铁路分局电气化铁路主要工种作业环境进行工频电磁场强度的测定.同时进行问卷调查、体检、血液学分析、免疫球蛋白水平测定和外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤分析.[结果]主要工种周围环境均存在不同强度的工频电场和磁场,观察组血液红细胞、血小板数增高,白细胞、淋巴细胞及IgA、IgG水平明显低于对照组.外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤率则明显高于对照组,且呈一定强度-效应关系.[结论]工频电磁场可影响人体的血液、免疫系统功能,并引起淋巴细胞DNA损伤.上海市铁路局科技基金0297-991
