本文采用多种分离层析手段,从中药延胡索(Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang)干燥块茎的乙醇提取物中分离化合物.经波谱分析,及与标准品或文献数据对照的方法,分离并鉴定了6个化合物:延胡索甲素(d-Corydaline)、延胡索乙素(Tetrahydropalmatine)、Pontevedrine、四氢黄连碱(Tetrahydroberberine)、去氢紫堇碱(Dehydrocorydaline)、原普托品(Protopine).研究表明生物碱是中药延胡索的主要成分,其中Pontevedrine为首次从该药材中分离得到的生物碱.0180-82,861
