目的:研究藏药小叶毛球莸的化学成分。方法:采用溶剂法和色谱法提取分离化学成分,并用波谱方法鉴定化学成分结构。结果:从藏药小叶毛球莸中分离得到2个对映-贝壳杉烯型二萜类化合物:冬凌草甲素(1)和nodosin(2),并首次报道了该两个化合物在甲醇(CD3OD)中的1H和13C-NMR数据。结论:对映-贝壳杉烯型二萜类化合物为首次从莸属植物中分离得到。To study the chemical constituents of Tibetan medicine Caryopteris toroetii.The crude drug was extracted with 95% EtOH and isolated by repeated chromatographic methods.
