Dysregulated microRNAs in osteoclasts could cause many skeletal diseases. The therapeutic manipulation of these pathogenic microRNAs necessitates novel, efficient delivery systems to facilitate microRNAs modulators targeting osteoclasts with minimal off-target effects.
