目的研究传统中药天师栗Aesculus wilsonii种子的皂苷类成分.方法利用大孔树脂柱色谱、高效液相色谱等方法进行分离和纯化,根据化合物的波谱数据、酸和/或水解产物鉴定其结构.结果从天师栗种子的70%乙醇提取物中分得8个化合物,分别鉴定为七叶树皂苷(escins)Ⅰ a、Ⅰb、Ⅲa和异七叶树皂苷(isoescins)Ⅰ a,Ⅱa,Ⅰ b,Ⅱb,Ⅲa.结论8个化合物均为首次从天师栗种子中分得.国家自然科学基金中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)05389-3913
