Steroidal alkaloids of from Veratrum dahuricum

目的:对兴安藜芦Veratrum dahUricum中甾体生物碱成分进行研究.方法:利用硅胶,凝胶和反相硅胶等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过NMR,MS等波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构.结果:从兴安藜芦中鉴定出5个化合物,分别为(20R,22S,25S)-veratra-5,13-dien-3β-ol-01(1),当归酰棋盘花碱(angeloylzygadenine,2),15-O-(2-methylbutanoyl)-3-O-veratroylprotoverine(3),20-isoveratramine(4),藜芦胺(veratramine,5).结论:化合物1为新化合物,2～4为首次从该植物中分离得到.Objective:To study the steroidal alkaloids in Veratrum dahuncum.Method:The compounds were isolated and purifled by various column chromatographic methods.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis.Result:Five compounds were isolated and identified as(20R,22S,25S)-veratra-5,13-dien-3β-ol(1),angeloylzygadenine(2),15-0-(2-methylbutanoyl)-3-O-ve-atroylprotoverine(3),20-isoveratramine(4),veratramine(5).Conclusion:Compound 1 was a new compound,compounds 2-4 were ohtmned from the plant for the first time.国家自然科学基金PubMed中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC)中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)0233039-30423
